These terms apply to Merge: Scarlet Prescription, provided under the Nexus brand. Effective date: 2026-10-28.

Playing the game

The game is fictional entertainment and does not provide medical advice. Follow applicable laws and the age restrictions shown for the released game. You may play for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Guest progress

This release supports guest play with progress saved on your device. Google sign-in and cloud backup are not active. Uninstalling or clearing app data may erase your progress. We do not promise recovery of device-only saves.

Virtual resources

The current release has no advertising and no real-money purchases. Virtual resources, including diamonds, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Game balance and available content may change with updates.

Content and acceptable use

Game software, artwork, music and other materials remain protected by their respective rights holders. Do not unlawfully redistribute content, exploit the service, attack other systems or submit harmful material through support channels.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the game usable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility is limited for losses outside our reasonable control.
