Privacy Policy

Merge: Scarlet Prescription (合成：緋紅處方) is provided under the Nexus brand. This policy applies to the Android game, package com.filmos.nexus.scarletprescription, and the related support pages. Effective date: 2026-10-28.

Guest play and game data

This release supports guest play. Game progress, virtual resources, settings and a randomly generated guest identifier are stored on your device. They are not uploaded to a game account server in this release. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage may permanently erase your progress. Google sign-in and cloud account services are not active in this release; a Google button may show an unavailable message. We do not request access to your Google account.

Advertising and purchases

This release contains no advertising, real-money purchases, third-party advertising SDK initialization or third-party gameplay analytics. Diamonds are an in-game resource and are not sold for real money in this release. We do not collect payment card details or advertising identifiers.

Support requests and website operation

If you voluntarily submit our support form, we receive the email address, request category and message you provide so that we can handle your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, medical details or other unnecessary sensitive information. Our website host receives technical connection information such as IP address, browser information and request time to deliver and protect the pages. A one-hour hashed IP rate-limit record helps prevent form abuse. Website access logs are rotated with a maximum retention of 14 days.

Use and sharing

We use support information only to respond to requests, troubleshoot issues, protect the service and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Infrastructure providers process technical data to operate these pages. Information may be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.

Retention and your choices

Local game data remains on your device until it is removed by you or the operating system. Support requests are automatically removed from the support inbox after 90 days. You can request access to or deletion of support information through the support form. Clearing Android app storage deletes guest progress and does not delete support requests you previously submitted. There is no online game account to delete in this release.

Security and international access

Our public policy and support pages use HTTPS. The support inbox is private and is not exposed as a public database. No system is completely secure. Depending on where you access our service, website and support information may be processed in a different country.

Children and content

The game contains fictional character and romance stories. Please follow the age guidance shown in the store listing. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information through our support form, contact us to request review and deletion.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy before materially changing how the game handles data, including activating Google sign-in, cloud storage, advertising or payments.
